To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we have limited the number of children aged 0 to 10 staying with us at the same time. If you’re travelling with children in this age group, please contact us before making your booking.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
- Free cancellation policy: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date, provided you do so before 13:00. (For example: If you’re arriving on a Friday, you can cancel free of charge until Wednesday at 13:00.)
- If you cancel after this deadline, fail to show up or leave before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the stay.
- Exception: Bookings with a non-refundable rate (charged at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled).
For bookings of more than 3 rooms or more than 7 days:
- Free cancellation deadline: 7 days before arrival.
- Payment: 50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance 7 days before arrival.
Use of facilities after check-out
Make the most of a full day in the mountains
Check-out time is 12:00, but we want you to enjoy your stay without rushing.
You can continue to enjoy the pool (during the open season), garden and communal areas until 16:00, provided your room is vacated at the agreed time.
For your comfort, if you need to change clothes, please use the hotel's public restrooms rather than the communal areas or pool area, so we can all keep these spaces clean and pleasant.
This service is offered free of charge to enhance your experience. However, the hotel reserves the right to limit or withdraw it in the event of private functions, operational requirements or any other circumstances that make this necessary.
If you would also like to keep your room until 16:00, please ask us about late check-out (subject to availability).
